Bassani Manufacturing 6S27 Performance Side Exit Exhaust System

Purchased knowing may not fit my 2017SLR Slingshot. Is a direct replacement for stock SLR except for cutout through plastic for exhaust pipe. Included metal template works but bottom of cutout need to be extended half inch for pipe to clear forward inboard bottom corner of splash guard, ends up an oval. Has a deep growl at low rpm but not overly loud. Very nice at cruise speed. Put your foot in it and you will be noticed. Does cover up some of the different noises this vehicle makes. I put this on after people asked me if it was an electric vehicle because it was so quiet. No questions now. Would buy again. My install retains cat downpipe, may be louder with non-cat downpipe.
