It's going to do what you want, but if you're not handy, it's going to be difficult to install on your own. There really is very little space for the wiring and wire nuts inside the fixture, especially if you're wiring them in series. Fortunately I had plenty of excess wire from the fixtures I was replacing and could measure the wires to exactly the right length for each fixture to fit in the tiny recess area. The effort to align and wiggle stuff into place probably made the install take twice as long. If you're not prepared for the time commitment or making on the fly adjustments, this might be a job you want to hire out.I'd probably recommend the model without the usb unless you really need it because the internal usb electronics take up a lot of space, the usb will provide power but it's not fast (if you're thinking of quickly charging a phone), and it's only ON when the light is ON.I've had these installed for a month now and we like them. The ability to selectively adjust the color temperature as needed, turn on each light as needed, or turn them all on/off with a switch makes them so much nicer than the old flourescent style. I hope they last.

The center punch outs are unavailable/hard to access due to the USB port device there! Luckily I was able to make it work cause otherwise it would have ended up being useless to me!

Well made. Two levels of light: warm or daylight switch really nice in our camper.

There is not enough room inside for the wiring to be contained. There is only enough room inside behind one of the three knockouts in the back. Learned that through trial and error so the install took twice as long as it should.

I didn’t know these even existed. I installed it where my old fluorescent model was. It has the ability to switch the lighting from either a nice warm light or a cooler white light. But the Kicker is the ability to now charge my iphone in the kitchen. It comes a nifty usb port that you can plug your electronics into. I’m getting more for sure. I’m thinking this will be great over my bed.

Easily installed where old florescent lights had been. Only minor issues was not much room inside for the wires and removing the knockout bent the case (was able to bend back). Otherwise love them

The choice of warm or cool light is great and the fixture feels solid. I have been an electrician for almost 15 years and I hate when they design these fixtures in a way that makes wiring difficult. There is almost no space inside for the wiring.

Light is nice, install is terrible. Not enough room on inside to fit wires in unit and wires from wall, it took about 40 minutes for the install, hopefully the next two will be better.
