This is a beautiful hand crafted knife. I was on the fence regarding the high price tag, but after receiving the product I can see why it is priced this way. This is an heirloom knife not just a junk pocket knife. Very high quality.

I bought this for the knife. I had reservations about the sheath. I have a Hide and Drink sheath I bought for a Mora. It fits this knife so that is sits lower and doesn't poke my ribs when I sit. The knife is one of the few I didn't have to sharpen. Buy it for the quality and badassness of the knife. If the sheath works for you, good on ya, It didn't for me. I might add a belt loop to the sheath but the Hide and Drink is near perfect.I did sharpen the knife. I took pics of factory sharp and after finishing with a 2200 grit diamond stone.One more thing, I liked the knife so much I bought a second one. The maple handle knife is 38 grams lighter than the micarta handle one. So if weight matters choose wisely.I decided to add a belt loop to the sheath. I love it now.

The only reason I gave it 4 star and not 5 stars is cause I wasn’t sure if it was coming with a sheath or not and if it was what color would it be. Other than that it is exactly as I ordered.

Great quality knife and handle.The patina on the blade is not so great.Just from me taking the knife out of the kydex sheath it wore down the black on the blade and began to have rust spots where it was worn down
