I wear these with a pad at night and during the day. So far, I have not had any embarrassing leak through on my bed sheets. The panties are very absorbent and super easy to wash. The material feels kinda like a swimsuit on the inside.

These are great for my daughter who is in high school. They don't replace pads/tampons but they are a good "just in case" backup for the busy student who can't get out of class to use the restroom. Good price compared to others. Not sure how long they'll last, but they've held up so far.
