A decent L-Arginine; might help boost energy for the gym or the elliptical machine...but not as much help for the other machine as Natrol's L-Arginine, which is maligned by some on totally specious grounds. Still I won't go there. Read my review of Natrol. This is an all right product, but haven't purchased again.

Definitely a bit of a boost in energy, and for a few things that I can’t put here.I recommend this and a proper diet and exercise plan for optimal use. Will be ordering more.

So far it seems to be alright. My girl seems to be pleased and I think it's going well. Definitely came in on time and great condition.

Works Great! My boyfriend has noticed a difference after taking this supplement, he has more energy at work, also noticed better blood pressure readings. It has also improved things in the bedroom!

I have taken MANY supplements in my years, and this is what I have leanred.1. Supplements are just that "SUPPLEMENTS"if you Nutrition and Training program is NON existent, you WILL be wasting your money on ANY type of supplementation.2. Without proper LAB/Blood testing you will not know the exact PURITY of any supplement. And since supplements fall under FDA guidelines, they are VERY loosely regulated. So buyer beware.3. There is NO magic bullet, do your due dillegence, put in the time at the gym, dial in your food amonts. Use supplementation sparingly.These pills are easy to swallow, and if as stated seem to be a decent price point. Have only used them once so far, and didn't notice to much a difference, but will update after the bottle is gone.
