TMB Cover Board for 2010-2014 Volkswagen Golf GTI R Tonneau Shield

Good fit for MK7. Time will tell regarding durability, but gets the job done. Very lightweight. Fair value for the money. Just wanted something to keep my personal items out of view.

I have a 2013 VW GTI. I left my hatch cover at a camp site a few years back and finally got around to replacing it. I was worried it wouldn’t fit properly, however as described, it fits perfectly — just as the original cover did when purchasing my vehicle as new. Additionally, the delivery was made within the time frame promised. Satisfied all around.

It does the job

Hard to tell this thing isn't OE. At over half the cost, don't waste money on an OE. Couple of minor gripes. The back of the board rubs pretty hard on the middle seat upper child restraint hook when opening and the strings are just tied in a knot that has to be retied to correct height. I just got some spring loaded cord stoppers to fix that problem.

Fits like a glove... I have no idea what the original was like, my car is used, but this is a decent replacement. The only thing that may be a negative is this does seem pretty LIGHT (weight), but it's still sturdy and not inferior manufacturing. VERY PLEASED with what I got, especially considering people sell the original (used and in questionable condition) for more than this was new!

Great aftermarket replacement for VW's rear hatch deck/cover. Much more budget friendly.

Fits perfectly. The hanging strings work well, just like stock ones. The board is literally just a cover, and too flimsy to support and weight from something like speakers or whatever. But it does the job of concealing the trunk contents. I'm happy with mine!

Great for replacement part. These cargo covers for Volkswagen GTI’s are hard to fine. If you do find one it cost an arm and a leg usually. This is a great alternative. However, it could be a little bit more beefier.

Fits my 2013 GTI perfectly. So nice to have contents in the trunk shielded from passersby. Wish I had bought this sooner instead of waiting 2 years after my husband misplaced the original.
