I bought a large because the product information says size "(L)18-36 months hat circumference: 18.7-19.7"."My daughter's head circumference is 19.5" and it was way too small, nowhere near large enough. We could not stretch any part of it to even nearly approach fitting her. Unfortunately there is no size label on the hat so we could not tell whether we were just sent the wrong size (in which case an exchange is approprate) or whether it is just a mis-sized product (in which case a return is appropriate).

Bought this hat for my baby girl and it is lovely! Color is true to the picture and the bow is very cute! It is too big for her right now and she is almost 3 weeks old. Will probably fit by next winter.
