The headphones are comfortable and adjustable
The headphones are comfortable and adjustable. The controls are easy to reach and to manipulate. The sound is adequate. There was one problem which wasted a lot of my time. The headphones come with an audio cord which has a red and a white plug at one end. You plug these into the red and white holes on the charging station. But the other end has only one plug. I had to plug it into my set-top box, which has a red and a white plug, so I could only plug it into one of those two holes. This way, the sound was barely audible and of very poor quality. If I plugged it directly into the TV I got no sound at all. I phoned Blurex and spoke to someone immediately. She said that I must have an old TV (it's 2 or 3 years old) and that I need to purchase an adapter from Amazon. She sent me a photo of the adapter. Amazon sells it for $1.44 with free shipping. But it would take 3 weeks to arrive! In my basement I found an old cable with a red and a white plug at each end. Fortunately, this cord works fine. Why doesn't Blurex include such a cord or an adapter in the box or even have an explanation in its instructions? What is in the mind of its personnel? (I don't think that they can use the excuse that their instructions were translated from the Japanese by a Japanese whose English is very limited, as is so often the case.)

HOW TO PAIR MULTIPLE HEADSETS TO ONE TRANSMITTER!
1. Have the main transmitter you want to use for both headsets plugged in, but turned OFF (using the switch on the back). I had some music playing through the main headphone, before I turned it off, to make sure my second headphone was working when I paired it.2. Make sure the second headphone (that currently doesn't work with the transmitter you want to use), is turned OFF.3. Hold down the power button on the second headphone for many seconds. It will turn red, then after a few seconds it will start blinking green fast.4. Quickly turn on the main transmitter you want to use while the headset light is still blinking green. After a couple of seconds you should hear a long beep come from the headset. The light will go red, then it will turn solid green, indicating you have successfully paired it to the main transmitter.5. Both headsets should now work with the same transmitter.

good product not completely thought through
Very comfortable headphones, nice over the ears fit.You should turn up the volume all the way on whatever device you're using. The headphones cut out sound at low volumes, and the sound they make when they cut out is annoying. Just use the volume control on the headphones. The volume control buttons could have been designed much better. It's hard to distinguish the buttons without looking at them, which you won't be doing when wearing the headphones. The buttons rattle when you move your head too fast. They are a cheap contrast to a sleek feel of the rest of the device. The transmitter seems to interfere with my computer's ability to pick up WiFi signals. That can be pretty annoying.Overall good product, with drawbacks mostly relating to the concept, not execution

Works great but ruins wifi in the entire house
Works great but ruins wifi in the entire house, I have tried everything for over year to get this thing not to kill my wifi signal. I've tried every single 2.4GHz AND 5GHZ channel and it simply kills the signal. When these headphones are in use the signal in my home drops 50% on 5GHz and about 90% in the 2.4GHz range. Some devices seems less sensitive to the effects, most cellphones for example lose slightly less (Using Galaxy s7) but in general it is a murderer of surrounding WIFI devices. I'm now looking for something exactly the same thats Bluetooth as the wifi interference is intolerable.

Muffled sound and low volume
The sound is muffled. That's the best way I can describe my experience. I played with my PC advanced sound settings, a lot, and it only helped a little. Maybe these would be okay for TV and movies, but definitely not for music. Also, a big problem for me is the volume. It simply will not get loud enough. I am not hard of hearing, but sometimes I like to enjoy my music turned up to 11. At their loudest volume these don't do justice for my 90's rock collection. I didn't want $1000 audiophile headphones since I am not that picky, but even my amateur ears reject these.

Music to my ears
These headphones do everything my previous set (from another maker) did, except fall off my head every time I leaned over for almost anything. The sound is great, the controls are easy to manipulate, and don't change just because you have lain back on a pillow, either; as did my previous pair. The only thing I don't like, but not badly enough to give it only four stars, is that I can't hang the charger out of the way on a wall, as I could the last set I had. Other than that, it does have a small footprint, and seems to be quite at home behind my monitor.

Good Sound But Interferes With Internet
Pros: Great ergonomic design and has very good sound. Cons: 1. Interferes with internet; 2. You can't use more than one headphone with the same tower. Had to buy two for my spouse and me and use an adapter in order for us to use them to hear the TV at the same time. I had been having internet connection issues since I started using this but didn't relate two. I received a surprise refund from Amazon for a movie I rented because they noticed I had connection issues while streaming. After my boys constantly complaining to me and me to my internet provider, I was on the verge of changing internet providers TODAY until I read about other people having problems with interference with garage door openers after purchasing new electronic devices and was advised to start turning off various devices to see if they were the problem. I applied this same concept to my internet. The only recent purchases I could recall was a portable heater and these headphones. The heater was already unplugged so my son unplugged the headphone towers and you guessed it, the internet started working at rocket speed. My boys started cheering because it had been messing up their online gaming. That was a plus because they finally came out of their rooms to converse with us. Bummer. I really liked these headphones. Now I gotta go search for different headphones that don't interfere with the internet and spend more money.
