Cleverly promotes thinkingMy 6-yr-old son really enjoyed Spring Fun (a book part of the series I first bought). It went wherever we went so he whizzed through it so quickly… so decided to buy something that would be more challenging for him… This one proved to be just perfect! We do it together – he does need some assistance with it (it’s mainly for a little older children and more mathematically/logically oriented than SF) nevertheless he’s so interested we both have fun solving problems. I’m amazed with the variety and how clever these puzzles are, it shows that the authors have brought their experience as teachers into this book and added lots of imaginativeness. It just never gets old (as far as my son is concerned anyway) and we start our day planning which puzzle to do next… I’m impressed, he has already learnt so much! Great value for the money.
