Makes a huge difference in baking - This has fantastic flavor. Really makes a huge difference in baking. I used to just buy the regular cocoa in the baking section but this is so much better. Definitely worth the money. I wont go back to that grocery store basic cocoa. Review: This is what your homemade hot cocoa mix is missing! - This is a hard to find piece of your childhood...it's the cocoa powder your mom used to make hot chocolate with, that you can't find in stores anymore. It gives it that rich chocolaty flavor, but dissolves properly instead of floating in clumps on the top. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07J3S5DL9 | | Brand | AUCHOIS | | Brand Name | AUCHOIS | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 98 Reviews | | Flavor | Chocolate | | Item Form | Powder | | Item Weight | 8 ounces | | Number of Items | 1 | | Size | 8 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Unsweetened | | Sweetness | Unsweetened | | Sweetness Description | Unsweetened | | UPC | 794604402826 | | Unit Count | 8 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** AUCHOIS - **Flavor:** Chocolate - **Item Form:** Powder - **Item Weight:** 8 Ounces - **Specialty:** Unsweetened ## Images ![ECOM Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24 Alkalized Unsweetened Light Brown European Style (8 oz) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51l7VxCcTLL.jpg) ![ECOM Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24 Alkalized Unsweetened Light Brown European Style (8 oz) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/616MppX7aOL.jpg) ![ECOM Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24 Alkalized Unsweetened Light Brown European Style (8 oz) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61SwhJIaB4L.jpg) ![ECOM Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24 Alkalized Unsweetened Light Brown European Style (8 oz) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61uq8fk1SHL.jpg) ![ECOM Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24 Alkalized Unsweetened Light Brown European Style (8 oz) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61yXQljGMeL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the fat content? (22-24% refers to alkalized level, not fat)** A: Fat is 23% or 23g per 100g **Q: What is the difference between the cocoa packaged by ecom vs. gerkens?** A: The Gerkens is Cocao (not Cocoa). It's darker in color and has stronger taste and aroma. The Ecom is Cocoa. It is lighter in color and not as strong as Cocao. You can google difference between Cocoa and Cocao. **Q: Chocolate cake recipe calls for this cocoa and baking soda; why can't this cocoa be used with baking soda?** A: This is an alkaline, so it won't react with baking soda. You would need to use baking powder to get your cake to rise ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes great. Makes a huge difference in baking *by A***R on June 20, 2019* This has fantastic flavor.
