Switch to lock/unlock swivel casters is sketchy
This thing is built like a tank! YES, I totally believe the weight limit.The slider that unlocks the front casters so they can swivel isn't that great. It doesn't stay locked, is hard to get it to lock, etc. I need to use a bungie cord to hold the lever from popping out of place.

Bad packing and front wheel lock
I ordered 2 of these. The first came with the box torn and all the hardware was missing. The cardboard they pack this with is not heavy enough. My second unit came in okay. They could not send me a hardware pack for the first one so I was forced to return it and get another unit. This was all done at no cost to me other than my time.The unit itself is very solid and the wheels great. The unlocking/ locking mechanism for the front wheels only works some of the time. I eventually took it off. I am now using both carts and like them. Leaving the front wheels locked seems to work okay.

WHERE ARE THE BOLTS!!!!!!
i was excited to receive my purchase today, In time for me to use it tomorrow for a business trip out of town. Excitement mounted as I unboxed it, a little packet or screws for something, ok. A couple of metal bits, beautiful BUT. No instructions on what to do with them. Hmmm ok, well can probably figure that out. Went to get my toolbox to bolt the wheels in and... wait a minute... NO BOLTS. How am I supposed to bolt the wheels on with NO BOLTS? So this thing is a waste of money right now as I can't use it for mY needs, TOMORROW. TOTAL BS...

Sturdy Platform Truck
It was relatively easy to assemble and didn't take a lot of time. Make sure to read the assembly instructions beforehand and have the right tools on hand. It's definitely sturdy and has been put to use. Sorry I didn't get the 48" version now.

Super heavy duty!
It's quite heavy duty, the wheels are quite heavy, maybe too heavy, but if you really want to put 1000lbs on this thing, it will probably do it no problem!I think the value is quite good for this cart, given the price vs features.Putting it together takes a bit though.

Too small
the cart is too heavy and bulky for its size, will only work well in a warehouse setting. They should only sell the larger 36" or 48" long. Also the mechanism to switch the front wheels from swivel to fixed jumps from one setting to the other if the ground is a bit rough. The wheels also are too heavy and hard.

Wrong Item Shipped or they Substitute Unacceptable Item x 3
The item shipped is a metal base cart MDPTSD2436 not the PDPTSD2436 that is advertised with a plastic base. We specifically ordered 3 of these because it was a heavy duty molded plastic cart. Metal carts don't work for us they last only a few months due to corrosion. Disappointed that 3 of the MDPTSD were sent instead of what is advertised. This product listing should be removed.

Great cart, smooth, and very stable!
The wheels on the cart are large enough to go over small bumps, soft enough rubber to reduce vibrations, and extremely stable. Great cart!!! After purchasing the first cart, I bought another because we liked it so much!
