The paper is thick enough that there is minimal ghosting even when you layer on the marker (visible in my video). I started with another brand and the paper was so thin it was actually unusable. Really glad I tried my layout again with this notebook! No complaints so far. We'll see what happens as the year progresses.

I buy a lot of journals because I write and journal a lot. I got this set of two journals to use during 2019, just for my daily journaling. I have a different journal for my bullet journal. What I like about this journal is that the pages are very thick with a dot grid pattern. The dots are very close together so I have to write small, or I guess I could use two lines and write big... but I choose to write small and can fit more on to a page that way. I measured these dots as being 1/4" apart and I think that is standard for dot grid journals. The journal I'm using for a bullet journal is the same. I've pasted photos onto the pages and found that doesn't warp the pages at all because they are thick. Also, I normally use a fountain pen and there is no bleed through with any of my fountain pens, using this paper. The binding of the book is very sturdy, as is the leather cover.Now shortcomings. Well, this is a leather cover and some people prefer not to use leather. However it is very strong and won't wear out as much as books with paper covered covers, so for longevity these journals are more likely to last in good condition. It would just depend on whether or not you have a preference not to use leather. I notice a lot of people using leather bound books and not thinking twice about it, so that could be a positive thing for you if you're not adverse to it. Another shortcoming is that there is no section of index pages and no page numbers. This really doesn't bother me much as I can set aside pages for an index on my own, and I don't mind doing my own page numbers either. I do number them... don't know why it matters but I just like to keep track. If you have an indexing system you keep up to date, page numbers do matter.I bought the journals with the bright orange covers. They are really beautiful, so bright and cheerful. I don't have any other journals this color, which is why I was excited about buying them. Other features include a ribbon, elastic to keep the journal closed, and a pocket in the back into which I've deposited some tiny treasures. Journaling is great fun. I've been doing it for years.

Not actually a Bullet Journal, but it has the bullet pages which are perfect. For those who might want to know, it does not have the tips, Index and the pages are not numbered. It does have the pocket in the back though. For my own use, it is perfect for my own use and I love the color. While it says yellow, it is really orange and I like orange. When I ordered it, I went with the picture, thinking it was orange. I love it & you will too. The seller did a great job and product was shipped and received in great timing!

I just received these yesterday and can't believe how lovely they are. They were shipped so well as the notebooks were shrink wrapped together and none of the corners were damaged. The notebook has dotted cream colored pages that are really thick - 120gsm. I am going to try all of my pens to see if there is ghosting. Overall Im impressed. with the quality and construction. I love that I got two for the price and these will be a great addition for work since they lay flat!

I bought my daughter a bulleted journal that said it wouldn't bleed through- it did. It did not have the paper thickness listed, just said thick paper. You could see through it. This paper is nice and thick, you can mark it up with dark markers and not see it from the other side. She got one and I got one! I love the extra pocket in the back. Very pleased with this purchase. You are getting the best paper we've found for bulleted journals with these. LOVE!

This is the perfect journal for capturing thoughts, to-do lists, bullet journaling, planning and more. The paper quality is very nice with a thickness that doesn't allow your pen to bleed through. The bright yellow-gold outer cover just make it a joy to use. Did I mention that you get 2 of these awesome notebooks...ready to through in your purse, bag, briefcase or backpack.

This notebook is great!! I honestly love it. Forget about Moleskin or Leutchtturn. This is way more affordable 2 notebooks for less than the price of one of those notebooks. Now the color is definitely more orange than yellow like I was originally imagining, but it’s fine with me I just wanted something bright anyway. The binding is done well and I love how it sits completely flat. Customer service was completely helpful when contacted with quick shipping! The back pocket is great for notecards and post it notes, gum, and a lens cloth. The paper is also really thick so absolutley no bleeding even if you write heavy like me with thicker pens. Great purchase!

I really love these journals. I use one as an address book and the other one to write down important ideas. I like that the journals are not lined or pre-formatted. This way I can choose how to structure the contents and I can play with the design of the pages. And I save a ton of money! Just to compare, I went to my local office supply store and walked out backwards when I saw how much the store charges for a simple address book. Now, I have a personalized one at a much better price.
