Great DVD set and Professor Lamar Davis explained really well the high level concepts of long, mid and short range combat attributes and uses. I definitviely gained a better appreciation of Wing Chun Chi Sao techniques and quite an eye opener from a traditional boxing/kick-boxing background... Brucee was a genius and thanks to folks like Professor Lamar Davis, his JKD concept still lives and is evolving...

One of the most importat part of JKD. Sifu Lamar Davis is one of the best Instructors in the World.

Sifu Davis knows his stuff and teaches it in a way that anyone can understand. Great DVD set and great picture quality. Highly recommended.
