bawell Platinum Alkaline Water Ionizer & Drinking Machine

Lovely piece of equipment! After researching a few alkaline machines this one was my favourite and the best choice. It’s self cleaning which is such a a big yes and I found it really easy to use. It is such a staple in the house now. I don’t know what I’d do without it!

This is an amazing machine. It was sent with an extra 3 stage filtration unit that I installed on the wall. It also came with filters installed in the unit and a second set for the first change. These additions weren't expected because they weren't even mentioned in to sales listing on Amazon. This is a great thing and I was glad to see. This whole process from unboxing, to installing to reading up on what to do first took a couple hours. Make sure to take your time and read the material first. This is not for people who aren't invested in the process but only for those who want to take some time to understand the unit they have just purchased. I read the manual and literature twice, watched the videos and installed the filter unit and then the 2195. They really have tried very hard with this kit to make a multi-step process as simple and easy as possible. I think when you read reviews of people with bad results they probably didn't follow the instructions. In the questions and answers section, I noticed a significant number of grammatical errors and somewhat juvenile behavior and responses. This is a $1700 water ionization machine to promote health. It is the gold standard for high end homes and intelligent lifestyles so it was very shocking to read some of the very sophomoric reviews, questions and answers. This is not something trivial. I can tell you that almost twelve hours after receiving the 2195, installing it, and already having encountered the benefits, I am so glad I purchased this unit. I have felt almost immediately after just a few glasses of the weak alkalinity water a reduction in anxiety, knee pain, constant thirst, racing thoughts and other mental strains. My GI tract feels like things are getting back to normal. A final thought, as with all things. This amazing technology for reduced water is difficult to understand and the facts are easily twisted. It is best to watch several videos on the chemistry of water electrolysis done by scientific folks not affiliated with ionizing machines. Get your head around what is taking place and how this special water gobbles up free radicals which saves the energy and the health of the body. It gives the blood just what the blood needs so the body can arrive at homeostasis and avoid being overly acidic. I was a longtime user of Evian and before that Essentia. I just found out today that Essentia water is made to a higher PH by baking soda. This machine negatively charges water so that it energize your whole body. As a long term high end water drinker, I can tell you that the only water I have drank for over a year now is Evian or Figi. I spent 2 times the cost of this machine in premium bottled water this year alone. It is shock to taste the difference. Make sure to start with the level 1 water. You should drink it for a few days before progressing. You may feel tingles. My face was flush for the first couple glasses. I drank 10 glasses today of level 1. Now, I don't feel thirsty or bloated. Before this, I could drink a liter of Evian and my lips would feel like I was dying of thirst and my stomach would feel bloated with water sloshing around. Mind you, Evian is the best water that is bottled but it doesn't even begin to compare with the water from this machine. Be aware that there is a very exploitative MLM focused on convincing you to buy another brand of machine for a much higher price. I love this Bawell Platinum Water Ionizer! My health is my top priority and I've come to realize the numerous benefits of drinking reduced, ionized alkaline water. My digestive process is much improved compared to regular filtered water and my energy level is through the roof! This machine is also much nicer than the competitor's $4,500 machine that comes with the dreaded MLM strings attached. I've used both and I must admit that I like the Bawell machine much better and the price is so much more reasonable. I find myself telling everyone around me how great it is even though I don't get any commissions or benefits for doing so. I've done a lot of research on all of the water ionizer machines out there and I've recommended this Bawell machine to all of my friends and family. I recently bought a Bawell machine that was discounted because it was used for demonstration purposes. The machine arrived packaged just like a new one and it carries the same 60 day satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty. It's very easy to use and I love the real time pH and ORP meter built into the display. I could go on and on about all of the benefits but you need to experience it for yourself (for at least a few weeks) to fully understand. It really works extremely well!

here is my true review I have waited two years just to give you an overall experience with the seller and the manufacture i’ve purchased this unit on September 2019. I changed the first 2 filters but on November 2021 my Machine start leaking from the top I tried to contact the manufacture but no one answer I called them and send them more than two emails and no one answered back. I contact the seller they did tell me to contact the manufacture unfortunately they were very not helpful and wasting my time with unnecessary questions. finally I got a hold of the manufacture customer service The call was very unprofessional someone answer my phone while they are driving and I can’t hear him very well I barely hear him because the phone signal. anyway he did tell me to send a picture via email to him to see what’s wrong with the machine I send it the pictures . after a day they get back to me and here is what they told me to do…. 1. Remove the filters from the machine and disconnect it from the faucet.2. Let the machine air dry out for about 3 to 5 days before shipping.3. SHIP ONLY THE MACHINE BY ITSELF Keep all your accessories and filters.4. If you have the original box, place the machine in there. When you ship the machine, make sure you have it professionally packed to avoid damage in shipping. You should insure your machine to the full purchase value in the event it is lost or destroyed by the shipping company.5. The warranty does not cover damages caused in shipping by the carrier. You should double box the unit, this is the only way to prevent damages with near 100% certainty. Have your machine professionally packed and double boxed or ship it back double boxed in the original retail box and protective outer brown box it came in.6. Include a note describing the problem and your return shipping address and contact information….. that’s what they said so my recommendation to you this machine is in high price they tell you it is lifetime warranty but even after you purchase it you have to spend money on it I think based on my opinion I Kinda scammed because I have to pay for the shipping right now and based on what they said this kind of shipping going to be a little bit expensive.. I would recommend you make your research before purchasing.

This is an interesting product. Not cheap, as expected, but still a costly investment. That said, one hopes to get the FULL BENEFIT of one’s purchase.Pro:Compact and well made with high end parts (mostly)Produces alkaline, purified, and acid water at the push of a button (or two)Comes with all own parts and fittings for different installation options (may need to purchase extra part/s for special application)Has a charming “Japanese lady voice” that confirms selection and salutations to the user (strong but friendly accent makes me smile every time)Not Pro:Maximum Acid water selection is pre-programmed at 3.6 ph, and tests (litmus) at 4ph. Need 2.0 ph for optimum disinfection.Face dial print is small and requires reading glasses for some of us or good memory (but if a mistake is made the “Japanese lady voice” confirms selection to remind you)Short of being a plumber, one may take several hours to figure directions, parts, and which way is optimal for installation. I’m embarrassed to admit it took me nearly 3 hours. But then, it was a slow day....I am told it is a great company for customer service, but taking the time to call requires more than it takes to write this review.Lol
