I was very dissatisfied with my first order of these pot holders. They were too thin. I was contacted by HM Covers customer service and they were very interested in why I was unhappy about their product.I explained to them that the materials used were too thin. I recommended that they add more stuffing material to help with the heat transfer.What did they do? THEY LISTENED!!!! And they improved their product! They sent a replacement set of the new pot holders and they work great. The large size is perfect for large cookie sheets. These pot holders are used everyday in a small commercial kitchen. They are perfect for removing large sheet pans from our warming ovens.I must commend HM Covers for wanting to make their customers happy. They listen and strive to do the right thing in creating quality products. They were so sincere in wanting to make things right. How refreshing. Other companies could learn from this team. I wish all companies we as conscientious as HM Covers has proved to be.
