I needed the outside of this remote for my old one and looked everywhere for one until I found this one . My husband broke the old one I had . I exchanged or switched out the insides and it works perfectly . So Happy . I was told by a lot of automotive parts places that no one carries this kind of remote anymore . I am thinking of getting another one just in case this happens again .
