Feels great
I’ve been looking for the right back brace for a while since I have several bulging disks in the middle of my back. As soon as it arrived, I tried on, made a few adjustments and it is exactly what I was looking for. It provides support from the lower back up on up to the upper middle back. I’ll report back on its long term benefits once I use it for a few weeks.

Brace corrector not just for work out but at work place as well
Been using this brace corrector at work for a week which correct my sit pose. It ease my shoulder sore and I like it!!! Will try to use it when I hit the gym as well

Work well for upper back support
Gives support to mainly the upper back. Works well and is very light weight. Size large runs larger than expected. Order one size down. Belt tightening can be improved. Would be great if it extended down to the lower back as well.
