The Aquastrength Fins have a dual strap system for secure fitment that is easier for those with dexterity limitations. **Q: I'm still not sure between the Medium and High Resistance Bells.** A: Most users will be better suited to the Medium Resistance, especially if you like to work at high tempo (HIIT style).
