Ballista is a key part of my every day routine. I do not drink coffee, but am religious about breakfast and pre workout smoothies. Ballista's texture and taste blends perfectly into any fruit or protein smoothie. My typical mix is strawberry, banana, almond milk, chia, a big scoop of Ballista on top, ultimately boosting my energy and giving me the right amount of fat to calm/prevent any hunger before lunch time. Going for a surf or a workout early in morning is easier with a belly full of Ballista, and I especially recommend for athletes that feel hungry all the time but still want to improve their eating habits.

I've been hearing a lot about Coffee Boosters so I gave this one a shot on a whim. I'm super happy I did. This stuff is an awesome addition to my morning coffee. I usually drink it black, but when I want something a little more substantial, this really fits the bill.As a bonus, I set this out at my 2 year old son's birthday party with the coffee and people were raving about it - host of the year right here! I also had two buddies there that SWEAR by Keto (and currently doing it) who were really impressed.

I have used this every day since I received, I am a casual coffee drinker; so this is out of the norm for me especially during summer. Good to have a delicious alternative that IS, but doesn't taste, HEALTHY! Always great to get in any little extra fiber when I can, my gut is sensitive but this has me feeling good. Blends best if you stir continuously while you pour, I could not recommend trying this out more, great value size bag too! Will be keeping my home and office kitchens stocked.

This is probably the best coffee booster listed on Amazon. I’ve been trying out all of the coffee boosters listed on, and I think I have finally found the one.The taste is subtle and it really gives your coffee that kick you need in the morning. Will be buying again!

Was almost impossible to get discolved in hot coffee. Am still looking for an alternative to "fake" creamer powder

Just picked up a bag for the first time and really like it. I’ve been on the fence about MCT but a few friends swear by it. I’ve tried a couple other products and like this one the best. Love that I add it to my daily cup of Joe!

Ballista has been an awesome addition to my morning coffee. I typically drink my coffee black, but this makes my coffee a bit more enjoyable without changing the flavor. It's a great way to start my day with added energy.

LOVE this creamer. It's just what I've been looking for and I've really noticed a difference in my day compared to just using regular creamer or coconut milk- it's so worth it. Works with both hot and cold drinks too!
