We were left with a 4 piece sectional with a missing armless chair. Still waiting for the seller to help resolve this issue. Directions for the arm chairs are also difficult to understand. I have a small living room and this modular is excellent size-wise. I was able to arrange it in a way that looks perfect. It is also cleans up very nice. My problem is that the coils in two of the cushions (which are non removable) are bulging and lumpy -- meaning they must be either sprung or broken.
