T7 Plus Electronic Reference Device

We had this exact machine for 10 years. It finally gave out. When we tried to order a new one through our bank it they only had the "newer models" for $900. We ordered this model (new) and it is great for 1/10 of the cost. Very pleased

Great product!

This refurbished item supposed to be tested and working. After setting it up with merchant services for over a hour, it jams when printing. Troubleshooted it with merchant services for another 30 mins and concluded that the gears for the printer has problems. Seems like I've received a defective unit that they just repackaged as refurbished without really testing first.

I bought a new unit but based on previous data inside the module it is clear sign it is a used unit. It has memory overflow error all the time.

We replaced our old machine with this one. It did not come with any instructions. Went online to get setup information. Initialization was easy. Only problem is that it did not come with the overlay that is shown in the picture. There was no overlay at all. It would be helpful if the overlay was a suggested item to purchase with the reader. Even with the minor issues, we'd buy it again. Good product.

Replaced the same model that we had before instedt of upgrading and paying hundreds of dollars more. It does the job that it is required to do.

It works and it's quiet. It did need to be set up, so it took a little time to get the thing running. Had to call the credit card company to initialize the machine.

I purchased this item on Monday morning and received it Tuesday afternoon! Product was brand new just as stated. My credit card company wanted to sell me a refurbished terminal for the same price. I got it initialized and programmed and we're ready to go. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
