I use this cup for cold beverages. I put a small amount of ice in it, fill it with water and at the end of a nine-hour day still have ice in the cup for a refill. It fits perfectly in my car cup holder as well. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it is not spill proof, it will leak if tipped. That said, it’s a great cup as long as you don’t knock it over!
