Fat CAT 640039 Pet Supplies Cat Toys

MY DOG LOVED THIS TOY!!!Sadly though, my dog chewed through the rubber neck portion of this toy in about an hour. Because she was chewing off the rubber neck in chunks she could ingest and the material was punctured in a few places with fuzz sticking out, I had to take it away. This made our dog sad - which made us sad.With this very sad dog looking at me as her beloved toy had been placed in the trash bin outside on Christmas - I decided to do a bit of surgical repair on the toy so that my dog could be reunited with her best beloved toy. I ended up cutting the collar off and taking the squeaker and all the stuffing out. I then knotted it so it would have some bulk. Now it is more like a canvas ball with limbs sticking out.While my dog was initially VERY happy to get the toy back (even in its deranged form) - things were never the same between the two of them. She occasionally runs over to it - only to be clearly disappointed in the realization that the squeaker and rubber neck are missing. Without these things, her zeal for the toy has waned and she no longer plays with it. You can see it in her sad eyes as she sniffs it - that she remembers the fun she had. Poor dog. It is the age old conundrum: Is it truly better to have loved and loss than to never have loved at all?I would stay away from this toy - it only brings heart ache

I highly recommend this toy. Lilly(my bulldog) has distroyed most all her toys because she has such a powerful bite. The rubber necker toy(I received the kitty) has held up very well and is also her favorite. After a month of play, only a small crack in the rubber, but looks like it will stay on for some time. I plan on purchasing another just to have around because she loves it sooo much.

although with my other Dobermans this toy lasted for years, my current Doberman ripped it up within minutes. NOT recommended for aggressive chewers

Only lasted about a week before it was demolished. I have an American Bulldog and it ate all the plastic around the neck of the toy. Stuffing was also removed but not eaten, got to that in time.

This toy has lasted a chewing puppy longer than many, but is not indestructible. He will get the stuffing out one way or another.. This lasted longer than most.

Our second order (only because it was time for fresh birthday toys for the dogs).Fat Cat is the only brand of toys our dogs cannot destroy. They love them and we aren't picking up pieces of toys or stuffing. Well worth the $.

Lasted less then 3 days & whilst supervised, expected far more having read the pitch & reviews, we've a 6 month old Jack Russell & she's hardly a beast. Save your cash, totally rubbish.

Good toy that has become our dog's favourite ahead of all others once he received it. Cannot comment on its longevity as at the moment it is relatively new, but if it survives his titanium chewing capabilities it will have been worth the money.

Lasted about a minute. Pathetic for strong chewers. What a waste of money.
