## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious streaky goodness
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 3 January 2019*

There is nothing better than growing up with fond memories of authentic good food, And this is no exception. With just the right amount of mouth watering cured ham to streaky fat ratio, The full bodied flavours dance around my tongue. I can definitely tell that this is grass fed ham.The Jamon Iberico Pata Negra arrived vac sealed within a box, With handles for easy transport, It is quite heavy, So be prepared! The ham itself is deliciously aged, Full bodied, Yet tender and juicy. As with any vintage, The complexity of flavour comes from patience and time. I personally like to eat meat inside the leg joint and save the excess fat for cooking. The rich complex flavours and soft buttery texture makes me crave for more, And Like a true vintage, I feel highly protective over it. The quality of this Spanish ham is first class, With an impressive 7.5KG size, There is enough for a full dinner party several times over. I can feel the love gone into making it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing flavour

Wow. Arrived just few days after order.I just can’t stop eating. The flavour is amazing. Incredible sweet and salty taste. The meat is just perfect,so fresh that melts in my mouth, not too dried, I even use the fat for cooking as it gives an very nice flavour to food.Definitely will buy again

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gran jamón
