and this filter is great.
Exactly what I needed to replace my Merc 60 hp 4 stroke outboard motor fuel filter. This filter fits into the existing filter casing, so although it is about the same in price as buying the entire filter assembly, this allows me to just open the existing filter casing to replace the filter. I replace my filter at least once a year and usually twice, so this allows me to do this without having to remove the casing from the filter lines to put in a new one. Quicksilver is the standard for Mercury parts, and this filter is great.

It is AWESOME!!!
This Mercury element is the MURCURIEST EVER!!!! I have purchased Mercury element before but this one is by far the best! It looks just like the old one and fits as it should but it’s WAY BETTER!!! You should buy it even if you don’t need it, it’s THAT good!!

Keeps falling out of housing
O- ring diameter is to small. Have always bought OEM, but this one falls out og housing to bottom of canister
