This skirt fit my 3t granddaughter so don't order it for a "newborn". Also, skirt does not have sequins....the gold looks more like it is painted on the tulle. It is also see-through so plan to wear shorts, leggings, or tights underneath.

This is perfect for my 1 year old! She’s a petite little girl - weighs 20lbs and is about 26-28” tall. The tutu is not too flat and not too puffy! Just right!

This is a budget friendly tulle skirt option. The tulle is gorgeous. The length is longer, about knee length. The waist could be better constructed, but overall it's a great buy. My 2 year old wore this for a photoshoot. She is 37" and 31lbs.

The skirt look super cute on my 18 month old. It is comfortable and soft. The glitter is not falling off. Color is nice gold.

Very cute tutu. Bought as part of a birthday outfit for my toddler. The waistband is very stretchy so I see how this can fit babies though toddlers. Good sturdy material and very sparkly!

I bought the biggest size for my 8 year old. It's really small, she was able to fit it but it was stretched all the way out and uncomfortable for her. Would fit a 2 year old great.

Fabric is pretty, but durability not so much. My kid wears it for their spirit days at school for their school colors and it’s ripped twice, even with delicate periodic washing and line drying. Also the waistband twists and makes it look weird.

Even prettier in person. Love this tutu. It looks like something you’d buy in a nice boutique.
