Good Buy
I absolutely loved this book. Have recommended so many people to purchase it! I never liked drawing but I always had an affinity towards colouring and painting. Takes me back to the good old school days.

Beautiful book!
I'm so happy with this book! I''ll get the one negative point out of the way first, because honestly it's the only one there is for me. Some of the designs do go into the spine crease and this book is not the easiest to lay flat. So, there are some pages that have parts which are a bit difficult to get to. However, it's such a lovely book that I'm not too worried about that. I would recommend this book highly to people who have just started out with colouring and are not yet confident doing backgrounds, as this book has them already coloured in. If you are confident doing backgrounds, then you can certainly add you own flair to what's already there. There's also a doodle section at the back where you can test your tools, practice techniques and colour schemes and whatever else you want to try out. The designs themselves are detailed and really lovely, printed on both sides of thick, good quality paper. The whole thing is presented in a very sturdy, thick cardboard cover. All in all a gorgeous book, suitable for beginners and seasoned colourers alike!

Not one for free thinkers!
Very disappointing! A gift for my Mum who was one of the first to become addicted to this colouring craze - she's 91, creative and brilliant - and this particular title has most of the pages already coloured.....what more can we say?!

Was not therapeutic for me. Quite the reverse !!!!
Was really disappointed with this. The printers/designers, have coloured in bits of most pages. Why do that???? I would have liked my choice of colour and to carry on disregarding theirs, would look strange.

Good quality
The paper is thick and the hard covers make it easy to use on your knee in front of the tv . I didn't mind that some colour suggestions have been made because I can go over the colour if I want . I like the second half where you can add your own doodles . I wondered what I was going to do with the finished pix so I decided to cut them out and add to my journal . I find it stops me thinking about unpleasant news items and the biggest problem I have is what colours to pick .

Nice Variety
I like the variety of different patterns and the quality of the paper however if I had known or researched more I would not have bought because the patterns are printed on both sides of paper restricting my choice of pens / pencils. I do like my Sharpies and you can't use them. The other problem with this book is that the patterns go right up to the spine so you can't complete the page you have started. 5 stars if the book could be redesigned.
