Great buy for hobby use
The sleeves were a good size. Elastic stays snug so they don't slide around abs they're not too bulky like some others I've tried. At first the gloves were a little small (as expected, I have large hands) but comfortable. Inner lining wadded up after the first couple hours of use and pulling them on and off a few times. I just cut it out and kept going. Still not a bad deal, I didn't expect tillman quality for this price. Sleeves alone at the local welding shop cost this much so the gloves were a freebie. Probably great for hobby use, wouldn't recommend them to someone using them full time.

Not completely heat resistant, but they get the job done.
I did not buy these for welding. I bought them for cooking over a campfire. I was very pleased with these. Although, I could not hold on to the hot cast iron pan for very long. However, I was intermittently able to reach into the flames to turn some corn wrapped in tinfoil, and move some wood pieces around. They got the job done in my book.

works well at decent price
I have average size hands and they fit well. Glove got pretty hot at some times with parts handling, but that's probably to be expected and they heat up slowly enough that no one should get burned.

Seems like a great value
The shipping was remarkable. They seem to be very comfortable and like they will be very suitable for my husband's needs. He has not been able to try them out yet.

Great company that stands behind their products!
Tanox makes great products, but even better is their customer service. Had a slight problem with the battery on a mask and it was instantly handled. Just ordered some more gloves - keep up the great work Tanox!

Heavy duty stuff!
I got thing for my dad for his welding torch. I love the extra coverage for his arms and he loved the heavy duty protection. Gloves like these are always going to be a bit uncomfortable what with the awkward finger fitting, but overall, I’m a happy buyer!

Great heat resistance
Gloves are strong and great heat resistance unfortunately they’re very hard to move your fingers in though but I guess that’s what the trade-off is

Protects from flaming fire—for short periods of time
These guys do the job when you have to grab a burning log to move it! Not fireproof but very resistant. Good buy!
