Halo Bright - LED Safety Belt (Red)

Very cool product! It's easy to fit around my waist and I use it when skateboarding home at night. One of the best value purchases I've ever made.

The belt itself is pretty cool, but the lighting is a little lackluster. It's about as bright as a glow stick after it sits in a freezer overnight, maybe a lumen or two (this is after new batteries.) It's not a bad buy and definetly better than nothing, but I think that I will keep wearing my other reflector belt in addition to this.

I initially became familiar with the brand because I purchased one of their dog collars for my dachshund. It ended up being way too big but even though I ended up just stuffing it in the back of a closet I still noted that it was a quality item, so I also purchased on of the safety belts.The belt is definitely handy when walking at night and adds one more layer of protection against being struck by a car. The battery life seems good and I have no issues with comfort. I deducted one star because I'd like it to be brighter but it isn't too bad.
