If you are hoping these grips alone will maintain covers in place with usage by your kids and fur babies; sorry to inform that will not be the case. However if you use “clip on elastic straps” clipped from back to front under the furniture as well as other eleasruc straps to secure the arm slipcover (if applicable) the elastic straps will help to keep the sofa cover in place with the grips. To further secure the slip cover suggest to sew loops onto the the sofa covers to hold the grips in place. Two per loops per grip one in front and other in back to help secure the grip from popping out. I found the loops helpful but because we have several children and fur babies, hence with the I also the elastic straps I finally got the slip covers to stay in place. Need 3 long and 2 short elastic straps for large sofa. Need 2 long and 2 short for love seat sofa. Need 1 long and 2 short for chair slipcover.

These work well at holding the slip cover I bought in place. I originally purchased this to use for a recliner but didn't need it since the recliner covers come in sections and not one single piece. Ended up using this on a love seat and it works well. Haven't had to do a lot of adjusting but it doesn't get sat on very much.

Product worked as advertised. However, they were a little too long and it was very difficult to trim them to size. Scissors did not work. Other than that, they are fine.

The slipcover grips and well made and very sturdy however, they don't stay down as well as described. They are still functional but I have to keep pushing them down every so often.

These are too large for a recliner would work well for a sofa

They are not a strong fix to keep covers on place. Still require a lot of reposition

you should use thes, they help so much to hold in place and they work

Looks good.. but sharp and pops out if two people sit
