Not free returns if not a good colour match
This bag is really lovely, and a really lovely quality however as it's suede it's tricky to tell the colour properly until its with you in person and i feel that its different in person that what i thought it would be.Therefore i need to return it, but it's not free returns which is annoying as had to pay for delivery and for returns therefore will just have to keep it as the postage and the return postage cost, works out more expensive than the bag itself.Other than that, the bag is lovely. Thank you

Great little bag - far better than expected
Bought to try and match some red suede shoes I have and it ended up being a really good match.Was expecting it to be poor quality, as price is relatively low, but surprised how good it was.There was a silver chain inside as well as a shorter red suede strap - can't vouch for those as I used it as a clutch bag.Only thing to note is the inside of the bag is not as large as the picture - saying that I got a fair bit in it.

Very disappointed
Bag nothing like colour I ordered and suede looks really cheap no invoice or instructions to return item so total waste of money

Cheap and not as described!
The inside is like a crisp packet. It is advertised with a suede strap (short as well as long) came with chain! Cheap! Seller would NOT communicate at all. Tried for weeks!

Nice size, good price but strap not necessarily as pictured!
Good size bag for your essentials which was delivered promptly , leather backing but let down by the inner lining of bag which is a cheap quality, but as the bag wasn't expensive I can live with that! Also I choose this particular bag as I thought it had a sude strap as pictured as I want it for a day time event, but it's got a metal chain strap but it looks nice anyway so I will just have to go with it!
