This splint successfully stabilizes and holds the affected finger still and protects it from painful movement or reinjury. The splint is effortless and uncomplicated to use — the finger rests comfortably on a sturdy brace that keeps it in a relaxed, extended position, giving the tendon the rest it needs. The Velcro straps are easy to adjust to just the right fit. Can be a little irritating between the fingers. Don't know why they decided to use cheap stiff plastic instead of material like the rest of brace. Would have given it four or five stars if not for that.
