Q: Description says 4"crown features&details says 3 1/2" crown which is it ??

it is 3 1/2 but if you don't mind getting this had delivered in an envelope all smashed and wont go back in shape then this is your hat, When I got mine that's the way it came and I was so upset I sent it back, Its junk and not worth the money, my brother bought one from a different seller from amazon and he paid 22 bucks and his came in a box and his hat was perfect

In my experience converting from an established size like "7" or "7-1/8" to generic sizing like small, medium, and so on, depends on the manufacturer. These days I'd say "7" or "7-1/8" would probably be considered a "small", but you should probably contact Hats in the Belfry and ask them directly.
