Great tasting sauce and a good value.
This is a very tasty sauce. I love it and will buy it again. The bottle was bigger that I thought it would be so it is a good value for the price. I use it with spring rolls. Haven’t tried it with anything else yet. I like it chilled better than when I first opened the bottle and it was room temperature. It is mild and not spicy hot and I’m very sensitive to hot foods so you can rely on that. Highly recommend!

Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce — For use in a great salmon recipe!!
I have been using Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce for +10 years. I use it mostly to prepare a sauce for baked/broiled salmon. I mix soy sauce, fresh grated ginger and Mae Ploy. The more ginger the spicier it is. I spread some of the mixture on the salmon before cooking in the oven, and the rest as the salmon is about 5-6 minutes from being done. Serve with rice and braised brocoilini. It really is very good!

Best flavor out there
If you are looking for that sweet+hot flavor of sauce for whatever, I strongly recommend you give this stuff a try. Of course its too expensive just to try and throw away but hopefully you can find someone who has a fresh bottle ready for use. We use this on taquitos, egg roles and the like.Highly Recommended (over having used many brands -- this one is quite tasty).

Not really sweet
Don't buy this if, as I did, thinking it's a sweet Oriental sauce. it's got much too big of a kick for me.
