Letters keep falling off! I will return item. There is no stand and letters were already in a case . Letters do NOT have a back to stay on board. . Either I received a return item with all missing back supports or this item is defective. I have requested a replacement to see if this is the case. Very disappointed that there is no stand to at least lay board so letters don’t fall off.

The board looks good & letters look good when on said board but when you assemble the board & then pick it up to hang the letters fall off. Right now the board is hanging in my kitchen on the wall & so long as there are no earthquakes, we should be fine, but the minute the wall shakes the letters are going to come right off.

This letter board set is a great purchase! The packaging is cute and would make a great gift. The board is solid and strong. The letters were easy to remove with the help of the mini scissors included in the package and thank God for that! A few twists also remove letters pretty quickly but using the scissors is the best way. The spacing between the rows is just right to fix the letters firmly. I even gave the board a good shake, but the letters did not come off which was great. I now hang the board on the wall, and my wife loves putting inspirational quotes on it every day. Overall, a very good quality, sturdy product. Happy for purchasing the product and recommend to all.

After using the letter board from Purple Parakeet since the last few days I can safely say that it is one of the best letter board solutions currently available. The letter board is exceptionally well built in every aspect, the construction of the frame is solid oak wood, the felt display area is sturdy with no flex, the letters hang on to the display area with ease and don’t loose their position. The great thing is that the package came with everything that is needed for displaying a message - a display board, a sturdy stand with multiple angles, scissors to cut the alphabets from its holder (which by the way is a one step easy process for each alphabet). The initial set up process including setting up the board on the stand, cutting and displaying alphabets for the first message took about 5 minutes. Overall 5 star rating for the product.

Not worth what I paid. Had to dr the stand to make it work, it's too light for the board. The letters fall out.

I love this letter board! It’s a different size than the majority that I have seen and I like that. The letters that came with the pack were easy to cut out and use. There are a lot of emoji pieces that I may not ever use but it’s kind of mice to know I have them if I want to use them. Great product! I would definitely recommend these items to friends and family!

It’s a cute board, but mine didn’t even come with the stand that it shows in the pictures. Also, the letters are super flimsy and they fall off very easily. Overall, I’m a little disappointed with the product and I wish they had put more time into making it a product that fulfills all, or at least most, of its expectations.

Such a cute board. I ordered the gray one to decorate my living room and it is working out perfectly. I also loved the bag that came with the letters to be able to put them all into one place and not lose them. It also comes with scissors which was great too! thanks so much.
