Workplace Morality: Behavioral Ethics in Organizations

This is a good book. I read management and leadership books, but most of them are full of it, like the 360 *. However, this book doesn't follow the beaten "know it all" path. The content of this book relies upon actual study, and then there is no "preach"; only the shown behavioral results of "If you do this, you can expect this to happen," allowing the manager, administrator, owner, etc. to decide for themselves which path to take.

Very good presentation on what it takes to build an ethical life and profession. This resource draws on social science to inform us about factors in the workplace that influence behavior for good or ill making us all more alert to achieving business excellence.
