I do intermittent fasting (IF), and these really help me power through longer. Occasionally, I’ll hit 18/19 hours and start to feel tired and hungry, or I’ll start to get a headache. I pop two of these, and I can get to 20/21 hours with no problem. I also take one or two before I engage in cycling (indoor and outdoor), and I definitely notice they help minimize fatigue. I’m taking up rebounding this weekend, and I’ll be leaning on Keto Watt MCT capsules to make sure I’m in top performance mode. Very happy with these. I’ll be a customer for life!

I started a keto diet and was taking these capsules. I did feel a big boost of energy, but it may have been from changing my diet and feeling less sluggish from eating too many carbs in addition to the MCT oil. I am no longer eating strictly keto, but I have continued to take the capsules. I do feel more energetic than I used to.

I'd heard of dissolving C8 MCT oil in coffee as a supplement, and I trust the KetoWatt brand (I enjoy the KetoWatt snack bars), so I ordered these and have been using them. Dropping the capsule right into my hot coffee works well (it's gone in a few minutes), and doesn't hurt the taste of the coffee at all. (It does change the texture a little, but for the better in my opinion, a little less sharp.) Looking forward to making it a habit and enjoying the benefits.

This product is amazing! My wife and I originally purchased it just for being a carrier oil for oils we take internally and to help us better absorbed our vitamins. These things are amazing! They give you energy within a short time of taking them and like my wife said,”I will never not take one of these again! They are so good and make me feel amazing!”

I was using coconut oil for my weight loss journey and it was good, but MCT oil is waaaay better. I feel more benefits from this product than coconut oil. The pill is kinda big but is a soft gel so is easy to slide in, also it helped with my stomach issues. Recommended 100%

I have been using the capsules for a couple of days and already feel the difference. No more stomach distress, a lot more energy and clear thinking. However, everyone is different, so I would recommend to start with one softgel and gradually increase the dosage.
