Best Duty #7042 Cast Iron Potjie Pot Size 1/2

The photo must be of a larger size, the pot I got had a solid handle with a pin hole in it - I guess you could put a wire through it in order to lift it off when hot. Also the lid fits, but not if you have the handle raised so I may have to grind down the sides. Casting is really rough and doesn't look anywhere near as good as the photo. That is why you see the added red "1/2" on it, the one they show is of a larger size. Did not come seasoned, if it was seasoned I wouldn't get black stuff all over my hands when holding. Seasoning is easy enough, but it did say it came seasoned. I gave it 3 stars, but really it's 2.75

This is the cutest Potjiekos Pot! I love it! It came with a nice finish already and is so well made. I also ordered a size 2 and the 1/2 size fits inside it. I’m beyond happy about that.
