Simple and effective
These do the job just fine. I can't tell if they're just hockey pucks with rubber posts attached but no matter. The posts fit into the jack point holes on the Model 3 with more than enough friction to hold them in place. When I got my wheels swapped recently, I just stuck one of them in and showed the guy, he did the rest. These are a bit cheaper than alternatives I've seen, I see no reason to pay more.

Happy with the purchase, it will do the job it's intended for
I purchased the set of 4 lift pads as a precaution for if/when work is done or tires are put on by someplace other than Telsa. They arrived quickly. I tested one by putting it into the designated lift location hole. The pad fit tightly enough to stay put, but not so tight that it was hard to get in.

These Are Just Hockey Pucks
What a scam...these are just hockey pucks (literally, it says so on the sides) with some mounts glued on the top. What mechanic is going to trust the only contact point between the lift and the car being hockey pucks? If these were $5 I could justify it but $70 for 4? I will be returning.

Fits but the post is a bit long
I tried them today. It may looks like a rubber hocky puck, but it works. So, I don't mind that. The price is fairly reasonable as well. The only issue I have is that post is a bit long. So, when the adapter is inserted in the hole, the puck surface doesn't make contact with the metal mounting point. There is about 1/8" gap. It seems the post bottoms out in the hole before the rest of puck can make contact. I wonder if the compression of the rubber over time will solve that issue. Maybe I will shave off the rubber post slightly. Then again, maybe I shouldn't since I already paid $50 for it.

Bad material to use
Rubber piece that goes into the hole broke on a first use and I cannot return it
