Does what I need it to do.
Got it to start encouraging myself to do better. Found this watch which also synced with my Net10/Tracfone (POS) smartphone, which it does. Never used it to see the SMS feature.Every once in a while the watch vibrates (as I wear double layers and gloves, the watch is used for step tracking at work only). On one of my breaks the watch flashed the paired BP number [mmHg]- this data is not retained in the watch (you will only find dashes if you go to the BP screen). Also cannot find it on the tracker on my phone. Most of these 'issues' I have had can likely be attributed to my out of date phone. My one downside to this product is that you can only cycle through the many monitoring screens in one direction- so you cant swipe back and forth.

Finally accurate tracking!
This is the only tracker that I have found that actually tracks my steps even if my hands are in a pocket or pushing a cart. Great tracker, have bought a few for others!

It’s horrible
I was doing my hair sitting in a chair and when I looked at the watch to see the time I saw my steps jumped up 400 steps. I started just moving my arm around to test it out and every time I moved my arm it counted a step and I was sitting in a chair so it won’t give you a accurate step count. The directions are horrible so I couldn’t figure out how to turn it On and I had to read reviews to see you plug it into your pc to charge it I thought they left out the charger. I had to play with it to figure out how to work it. This isn’t a good product. It showed me being fatigued which happened because of the mess up with the steps and since it was counting a arm move as a step the calories burned is incorrect.
