We Go Together!: A Curious Selection of Affectionate Verse Hardcover – Picture Book, January 15, 2013

Was introduced to this author on NPR when they reviewed his book Flamingos on the Roof. Bought if for my granddaughter and we had a great time reading it together. The illustrations are fun/funny and the poems delightful. I got this one We Go Together again for my granddaughter for Valentine's Day and have subsequently been sent pictures of my granddaughter reading it to some younger kids. She loves poetry and I think it started with this author.

I love whenever Calef's books make it to the top of the stack for bedtime reading. And this one is definitely affecting her vocabulary. "Daddy, what's a scallywag?" "What's a genuine chum?" "How do you chortle?" I enjoy every minute of it.

This was a gift for my six year old nephews. They loved the silly rhymes and illustrations. It was a big hit, and I would recommend this book to anyone with children. It's so important to read to your kids and instill a love of reading from early on.

These poems are readable at the 2nd grade level with a little adult help. Impressive for focusing on friendly interaction and personal companionship. Wonderful illustrations. Small book, easy to hold.

Great set of poems on friendship! Calef Brown never fails to entertain both with the artwork and the poetry.

Sweet for a read with the kids or hubby, this book focuses on what we all truly seek, love! Cleverly written, artfully expressed and whimsical and fun. A great read! Quick and lovely.

I bought this book for my 6-year old son. It is a treat for the whole family, bound to bring a smile to anyone's face!

My grandson loved this book. My daughter said it very clever and it is one of my grandson's favorite books.
