We used this as a substitute for the very thin futon-like Queen mattress originally supplied with our RV for the guest room bed in our 5th-wheel Toy Hauler RV. 3 different persons have slept on it since we purchased it & all 3 rave about how comfortable it is. We have another family visit scheduled over the Easter holiday this year & need more bed space, so I will soon purchase another Queen air mattress from this company. I also had an occasion to deal with their customer service department regarding something I caused myself, and they helped me out in a most professional matter. If you're in the market for a good air mattress, THIS IS THE ONE!!!

In order to keep the mattress inflated, you have to keep the inflator charged all the time or it doesn't inflate. The mattress was super hot to sleep on and the deep divet surface make it more like a raft. I'm only 150lbs and it leaked air all of the time, and finally wouldn't inflate at all. We needed it for the guest room for a couple of months. I should've returned it and got my $ back immediately, and now it's too late. Spend the $ on something better. Go to COSTCO for quality. This was garbage.

The air mattress filled quickly and was pretty comfortable. The problem was if the pump breaks their is no way to fill the mattress. Also air pump broke on the third time I used it to fill up the mattress.

I bought two inflatable mattresses for Christmas company. One worked perfectly, the other had flaws in the connector that held the pump. We could not get the pump out of the connector to recharge it. The pump is still stuck in the connector so there is no way to deflate the mattress. Had to go out and buy another mattress for my company to sleep on.

Motor broke at first deflate. Can’t inflate or deflate. Only uses 2 times. What an expensive purchase. Time expired for return.

We purchased this to place on top of our RV ‘Happy Jack’ sofa sleeper and the included pump for inflation and deflation makes it super easier to use and to set to the comfort level of different people

Quick and painless. My wife woke up from camping feeling better the she does on out mattress.

Recieved double boxed and on time. Pump is battery operated, works well and it needs to.Filled up the mattress, left it for 2 days unused, deflated a bit, read some reviews stating you need to “top-off” so I did that.However, once you use it....it goes down almost completely overnight. Have only used it for 2 nights and by morning it was almost deflated. Really difficult to “top-off” in the middle of the night with people sleeping.Would I recommend....given that it’s an air mattress and doesn’t really hold air for longer than 4 hours, probably not.On a positive note, folded easily and stored nicely in the included bag....which will be going back into the box for return.In closing, if you need a max of 3-4 Inflated hours of sleep, this baby’s got your name on it.
