Measurements refer to wheel base not bag dimensions.
3 Stars refere to missing platform and measurement deception. Plastic base for cart did not come with product. I cannot use it without bag. Dimensions of bars that bag rests on are 8.5 inches x 10 inches, approximate. The bag's vinyl covered insert is 7 inches by 11 inches. it DOES NOT completely cover the opening where bag sits; if I wanted to use it without the bag. Front or back would not be covered well. The one in old cart has the same vinyl covered board. Vinyl ripped after a few weeks of 1x/week use. Suspect it will happen with this product as well.. The frame IS sturdier than the one I bought from a different vendor (NOT AMAZON vendor). This product stays assembled when locked in upright position, unlike my previous cart which was the same size. Not sure if it can really carry over 100 lbs as advertised. Velcro closures to attach bag to frame do not seem very strong. This is similar to old cart as well. It would be a good idea to have longer/more Velcro attachments to keep bag secure on frame during use. I like the 3 wheel design for going up and down stairs. Will have to update with photos later. My smart phone is not letting me do that right now. :(

Good quality, needs to be a bit bigger to be super useful
Barely big enough to hold two shopping bags. I had one perviously from another brand that was a bit bigger. But it works well.

Easy to use
This rolling bag was easy to put together and easy to walk up and downstairs. It is very attractive and durable for my purposes.

Not what I expected
I am very dissatisfied with this product. The instructions were not in English and the cart is heavy. The velcro doesn't hold. Since I took the bag out today I am not sending back.

Amazing at amusement park! Easily held items. Effortlessly climbed stairs and curbs! Wheels rolled easily.

Roll me out bag
I found this item extremely helpful being that I am handicap for toting my groceries and other items definitely will purchase only problem I had was the directions were in Chinese but I figured it out and I love the bag

Weak Velcro
The Velcro doesn’t hold. Everything else is good but sure is a nuisance when Velcro lets loose.

Holds a large amount
It would be nice if the handle would extend in length. This bag holds a lot of stuff and goes up and down curbs very well.
