great for Prolapsed disc and bad backs
I was really worried to buy a chair without sitting on it 1st but took the plunge . I am recovering from a prolapsed disc and bought this chair to make myself more comfortable during gaming sessions. It works a treat im really surprised . I like the fact that this chairs lumber support goes in and out as well as up and down unlike most chairs on here. There was even a box opener taped to the box for ease of opening and a pair of protective gloves in the box to protect while assembley , the manufacturer really put some thought into this , I have had the chair 2 weeks now I will udate in a few monthsEDITI gad this chair for about 11 months now and its still as good as it was when i bought it!!

Great lumber support in a firm office chair
The chair was delivered on time. The screws and tools were included in a package that separated the different sizes of screws, which was very helpful. The chair was very easy to assemble with the easy to follow instructions. The quality of the materials are mostly good, but I found the headrest to be a little cheap and plasticky looking. All the functions of the chair work well and the adjustable lumbar support was particularly welcome. It does not feel as comfortable as my previous chair (in that soft enveloping way), but I suspect that the added firmness will be better for my back in the long term. Would recommend, especially for those with back issues.

Took me 1 hour to assemble
Didn't expect to have to spend so long. It's quite heavy once you've got some of the bits together and I found it hard to manipulate on my own. The hour includes losing a screw under other furniture, getting a hidden staple in my hand and bleeding on the it before I'd even got it together and putting the arm rests on upside down. All this was kind of expected - I'm not known for my DIY skills. Also a bit disappointed to find one of the levers unmovable (immovable?) and have not worked out how to alter the lumbar support yet. Having said that I have been sat in it for 4 hours today and it is very comfortable.

Very nice ergonomic chair but noisy
"A computer programmer who is sitting for long periods"First impression was great, the quality of the parts is really nice. it takes some time to assemble and you will need another person to help you specially that instructions are not so clear. But that is one time effort.Initially I recommended it to all my friends who were really wanted a good quality adjustable chair; however after few days, I started hearing noises from the back of the chair whenever I lock the mechanism after adjusting the back. This is so annoying since whenever you try to rest your back on the chair, you get that noise.I re-cheked all the screws and all of them are tightly locked, I am not sure what is the issue here and hope that the customer service get back to me to resolve this. The material is really great and I would give it 5 stars only if that noise disappears. One more downside for the chair, the chair body is not attached to the wheels frame, so whenever you try to lift the chair up, it will be unattached from the wheels. So you need to be careful.

Take care - This product has an exposed part that is sharp and could (has) caused a painfull cut
This product has two sharp edges on the inner part of the head rest mount - This can easily rip into your fleshThis is either poor design or supplier is skipping on quality control - two seconds with a file will resolve - but it should not happen in the first place. Begs the question what else is wrong with the product? In fairness, once the dangerous corners are filed away the product appears to be quite good. But gets minimum star purely due to the pain and blood drawn!

A comfortable chair let down by uneven manufactured parts and not meant for the taller community
After having the chair a few days now, I'm really enjoying the texture and 'breathability' of the chair, lounging around in it is super comfortable and the lumbar support is great, with the option to move it up and down as well as in-and-out appreciated. However, I found that when it arrived in pieces, it was a bit of a struggle to get it together with one of the casters not able to be pushed into the bottom of the leg by hand at all, as the metal was a few mm too thick so had to use pliers to squeeze it in and ended up bending the metal leg because of it. After bending it back into shape as best I could the base is functioning pretty much as normal. This may just have been me though. Also I stand at 6'6" and as other reviewers have pointed out, the headrest sits more at the bottom of my neck than behind my head, but this negated when you lean back and is a minor issue.Overall a comfortable chair that I'm happy I invested in, just be aware putting it together is a fiddle.

Best comfort and support for my back!
This chair is truly amazing. I sit a lot during the day and I desperately needed a new chair, because I was starting to feel pain in my back. This chair is very comfortable and the back pain is gone now after using it.There was one issue with loose and wobbly head support (guess I just got unlucky), but the amazing support team sorted it all out for me.Final verdict - if you have back problems and are looking for a chair to help you with the pain then look no further! Recommended!

Looks the part, but the quality isn't there
Prompt delivery and easy to assemble. However, after regular use, many of the fittings become worn and loose; the headrest keeps dropping, the screws holding the cushion to the base fall out and the wheels are no longer smooth. More worryingly, the entire back just snapped clean off as I leaned back. Fortunately, I avoided injury. I'm about 6ft tall and weight just over 14.5 stone, so I'm not tiny, but nor am I clinically obese. In full disclosure, I've owned the chair for just under two years so the wearing out of fittings might just be expected, full structural failure, however, would not.
