When I received my package one of the timers was broken. I messaged their customer services and they sent me a WHOLE new set! They’re adorable and they work wonders with my toddler.

These hour glasses are pretty nice to look at, seems pretty durable (dropped a couple, no mishap) however they are not the most accurate units (some sand got stuck). Otherwise, they are pretty good and very useful. I use them to time my computer use time - 20 minutes MAX sitting at the computer, and must walk around for 10 minutes before I can use the computer again. Works wonders!

The size is ok, the colors are beautiful, It seems good quality, but the 20 and 10 min ones got stuck. Time it was not accurate. So sad to return them.

The 3&5 are fine, but the 10&20 continually clog and the stop running. Defeats the purpose of a timer. Disappointed.

Since the way the time is controlled is through the size of the hole, the 20min timer has a very small opening to allow sand to pass through. Mine gets stuck often. 10, 5 and 3 are pretty accurate (+-10seconds). They're glass so you need to treat them like glass. Other than that, mine arrived unbroken and in good condition.

These are so cool! My preschoolers love watching the sand go through them and comparing the times. A great addition to our science center.

I timed these to see if they were accurate... and they were. It’s very clear which is which with the bold lettering on the glass and different colored sand.These are super helpful to use at night when I need a timer but don’t want noise waking my husband or bright light keeping me awake.
