It's time to start taking care of your scalp. Unhealthy scalps can lead to dandruff, itchy scalp, hair loss. Then you have issues like dermatitis, psoriasis and other scalp conditions. Chemical heavy treatments, foams and shampoos can leave your scalp even more inflamed and drugs that prevent hair loss may cause undesirable side effects in some users. You know what that means. So it’s not surprising that some of us are looking for a more natural way to deal with these conditions. What are natural DHT blockers? It’s all about hormones and their interaction with the human body. DHT is an androgen and helps give males their male characteristics. DHT is thought to cause hair follicles to miniaturize, and this contributes to male pattern hair loss. Treatments that block DHT may help prevent hair loss. If your hair is thinning then blocking DHT is important and you should be trying to attack it from multiple angles. It’s possible to slow or even reverse the damage caused by DHTs but its going to take some effort and some time. This is where ScalpWorks comes in. First the oils – Pumpkin seed oil, Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Argan Oil, Peppermint Essential oil and premium-grade Emu Oil. Neem Oil, Grapeseed oil and Jojoba along with vitamin E oil! Then there are the botanicals: If you’ve done any research on this, then you’ll recognize these – Saw Palmetto, Ecklonia Cava, Willow Herb, Neem Powder, Cuskuta Seed, Nettle Leaf, Pygeum Bark, Green Tea, Birchbark, Horsetail, Grapeseed Extract, Rosemary and Burdock Root. Other treatments come with a mixture of 2 or 3 oils, not 9. And you might get a couple of those natural DHT blockers in there but nothing like this. And our serum provides 4 ounces instead of 1 or 2. Some shedding may occur. This is a scalp treatment, not a hair treatment and a long-term solution, not a quick fix. Allow 3 to 6 months for results.

Incredible product for frontal recession
I have been using this consistently for over eight months as a leave-in daily hair oil (after shampooing/conditioning), and my hair is much thicker than when I started. I began noticing the classic signs of male-pattern frontal recession so I thought I'd take early preventative action rather than waiting until it reaches a point where I might need prescription or over-the-counter hair loss treatments. I discovered this DHT blocking oil and thought I'd give it a serious shot. I can say honestly that it works wonders. But equally importantly (because I use it as a leave-in), the oil feels and smells great. It has a light minty smell and creates a pleasant tingling sensation on the scalp when first applied. It also provides enough daytime moisture to keep my dry, frizzy hair tame all day. I plan to be a long-term user!
