great for back pain
I only bought this to hang upside down to release pressure on my back. I love it! I can even take naps in it when my back is hurting in bed.It is hanging in my living room, so the kids like to sit in it and swing on it, which is fine.

Easy set up
Wonderful price, fast shipping, good quality, and easy to set up. Came with straps I used on my backyard beam and ceiling mounts for inside as well. I love it! No instructions but YouTube is full of videos.
