Q: Can I use it for a car wash brush??

The bristles are not as long or flexible... could scratch the car

Q: would this brush work for cleanng cobwebs and dust from a popcorn celing or is it to stiff?

I wouldn’t recommend using a bristled anything for a popcorn ceiling even though the bristles are softer on this broom they are sturdy and would potentially scrape off pieces of your ceiling. I have a popcorn ceiling and use a name brand duster on mine for that purpose and that works great because it’s soft and bristle free.

Q: Why does it take 1 to 2 months to ship a broom?

Probably out of stock at the warehouse.

Q: How would this work for sweeping a few inches of water in basement? Need to sweep it toward the sump pump. Thank you.

Not sure how it would work with that much water. May want to push water with solid face then do final sweep with this broom.
