I appreciate that Thompson Center offers this product.After I spent a painstaking afternoon sighting in this scope at 100 yards with the utmost nicety, I (accidentally and foolishly) dropped my rifle. It did not merely topple over. It fell through three feet of thin air and landed with a crash.Back to the range. Despite that nasty accident, all I had to do was lower the scope's impact 4 clicks to regain the zero I earlier had at 100 yards.Whether most other modern rifle scopes are this tough, I cannot say, but I appreciate that the TC is.The view through the scope is as crisp and clear as any I have seen.Thompson Center does not say if this scope is waterproof and fogproof. I called the company to ask, and the customer rep didn't know.
