From 2007! Still Kickin'!
I couldn't believe they had this in stock! My fiance wanted a source for music that wasn't his phone (he's constantly getting hammered by work stuff on it). So I mentioned I had a Sony Walkman from like 2007 lol but the Lord only knew where the charger was! Who had one, Amazon of course & available in 2 days! We plugged it int he device powered on within 1 minute & it charged to 100%!

Sturdy and well built
It turned out that the cable wasn't the issue with my balky Sony Walkman. I tried both of these cables and both worked fine. They are sturdy and should hold up well. I am keeping them for spares just in case they are needed.

I wish I could have only bought one, but was much cheaper than going through Sony. Was delivered very quickly.

Can be little better.
Overall it’s doing it’s job. But it was hard to push in the end to the charging cable it’s a little to tight. Into my Sony player it connected easily with no problems. But the tightness bumpy the other end made it feel cheap.

No standard USB plug
The two I got do not have a standard USB plug in for charging so I can not use them.

Working good...
Working same as the original.. it a must to have an extra cable for charging, especially this is a sony proprietary cable.
